Job: Business Analyst Customer Success & Renewals
Location: San Francisco, CA, USA
Duration: Contract

We re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Business Analyst with experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals. In this cross-functional role, you will help optimize customer lifecycle processes, analyze account health and churn risk, and drive insights that improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. ideal for roles in SaaS, IT services, or enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce etc

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a Customer Success / Account Management / Renewals role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)
  • Experience working cross-functionally in SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a bonus
