Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Appian Developer to design, develop, and implement business applications on the Appian platform. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver scalable Appian-based solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong expertise in Appian BPM design, development, and deployment.
Experience creating complex process flows, SAIL interfaces, integrations, and data management.
Solid understanding of Appian best practices, design patterns, and performance tuning.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into Appian business process workflows and technical solutions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, System Owners, and SMEs to gather and validate requirements.
Design and develop Appian applications, including:
o Process models
o SAIL UIs
o Expression Rules
o Data Type (CDT) design and queries
o Records and Reports
o Integration with third-party systems
Implement role-based security and group management in Appian applications.
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure functionality, quality, and performance.
Build custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Appian applications.
