We're looking for Analytics and AI Senior Software Engineer to:

collaborate with data analytics and AI leads within the Asset Management Chief Data Office to gather requirements and ensure their successful delivery through technology solutions
manage the development of custom capabilities and workflows within AM Analytics solutions, overseeing functional design, development, and testing
ensure the security, scalability, and business continuity of the data infrastructure
act as a techno-functional expert who understands both business and technical details, effectively communicating with the respective audience with experienced in managing relationships and translating technical findings into business insights
through the engineering guilds, you'll engage in sharing and discussing knowledge with your peers across UBS
can join our certified and distinguished engineer programs , additionally, staff networks will involve you in a wide range of volunteering and cultural activities

You will join and lead the AM Technology Data Services' Analytics team. Our goal in Asset Management Technology is to drive sustainable investments and empower our teams. We are innovative, client-focused, and imaginative. Your expertise

proven and hands-on experience with data engineering, including but not limited to Python, relational and non-relational databases, artificial intelligence and machine learning, Microsoft Azure and AKS, DevOps, and web services
ideally 6 years solid experience with big data platforms like Databricks (must), Apache Spark, and Hadoop
hands on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
familiarity with AI model development and deployment workflows (e.g., MLOps)
capable of working in a collaborative, multi-site environment to support rapid development and delivery of results and capabilities (e.g., AGILE SDLC)
bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science or a related field
ideally 6-year experience in similar roles, with proven team management skills. Experience in the Financial/FinTech industry is a plus
a pragmatic approach to challenges, you excel at both listening and providing guidance to others and you stay updated on industry technical developments and are eager to learn and grow
