Working 100% onsite in Topeka KS
This is a warehouse position where candidate will be working on-site in a warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous
warehouse experience and experience with the use of ticketing system or other inventory management system. This is not a highly technical role, but if
candidate has prior IT experience in addition to warehouse they may be considered. Position will require candidate to work on-site Monday through
Friday.

Job Description
With general supervision, the IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for on-going warehouse operations of the IT life-cycle process for hardware technology assets throughout the organization. Supports the ITAM practice in helping to mitigate financial and/or legal risks associated to vendor compliance, identify potential cost savings opportunities relating to hardware & support, & help improve our negotiating position with vendors.
50% Responsible for shipping, receiving, distributing, tracking, and reconciling POs or service requests, for all IT asset hardware.
10% Facilitate data disposition and follow all NERC/CIP regulatory requirements for hardware asset management.
5% Acts as a conduit between ITAM & other departments to provide timely access to IT hardware deployment & related accessories.
10% Assists with the operations of division policies, processes, & procedures for effective hardware lifecycle management
(acquisition through retirement or re-use) leveraging the Asset Manager solution & help ensure company adoption.
Other Duties as required; hardware related purchases.
General understanding of SOX compliance.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Is self-motivated, detail and goal oriented, and an innovative thinker.
Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and help influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries.
Must be reliable, accountable, and flexible.
IT data analysis techniques (using Excel, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow).
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize system generated (ServiceNow) tasks based on criticality & meet deadline.
Ability to occasionally be required to stand, walk or sit for prolonged periods of time, & may also have to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Ability to lift/move/carry between 10 - 50 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
