KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement the agent desktop environment, leveraging Google's agent desktop tools
Lead the implementation of a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution, leveraging Google's CCaaS platform
Select and configure agent desktop tools and applications.
Provide training and support to agents.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Design and implement the agent desktop environment, leveraging Google's agent desktop tools.
CCAI, Dialog flow, Agent assist
Optimize the agent desktop for efficiency and productivity.
Configure the CCaaS platform to meet the organization's specific needs.
Integrate the CCaaS solution with other systems, such as CRM and telephony systems.
Monitor CCaaS performance and make adjustments as needed.
