Location: TX-Frisco, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for data products and reporting solutions

Design, build, and maintain data products that support People analytics and governance objectives

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources

Partner with Data Governance teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance

Demonstrate initiative and autonomy in navigating unclear or evolving priorities

Act as an analytics consultant, provide insights, and recommendations to drive business decisions

Continuously explore data with a curious mindset, identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for deeper analysis

Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach

Ability to work independently and move forward without detailed instructions

Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement

Familiarity with or willingness to learn Data Governance principles

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

A natural curiosity and intuition for uncovering insights in data

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with People/HR data or working in a People Analytics function

Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms

Understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices

Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Familiarity with Collibra or other data governance tools

Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
