Job Description
This posting is for Wisconsin-based candidates only (or those willing to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days of the start date). Candidates that are NOT located IN Wisconsin or are not willing to relocate within that timeframe will not be considered and should not be submitted. All work must be done in Wisconsin. 90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice.

Required Education:

Strong experience with Microsoft .NET full-stack application development (10+ Years)
Hands-on experience with implementing Okta on an enterprise level (5+ Years)
Experience with best practices for developing and managing Security for web applications (8+ Years)

Full stack development experience (10 Years)
Application development expertise using Microsoft .NET tools and including .NET CORE, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, C# (10 Years)
Analytical and problem-solving skills (10 Years)
Experience with the full SDLC and key deliverables, familiarity with project management principles (10 Years)
Experience with authentication and authorization techniques, including OAuth and OpenID Connect (8 Years)
Requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis (8 Years)

Developing unit test, system test, and user acceptance test scenarios and plans; performing unit and smoke tests (8 Years)

Responsibilities:
Project duties will include requirements analysis, design, front-end and back-end web application development, testing, deployment activities, and production support
Expectations for this position are development of quality code, active participation in code reviews, sharing expertise, respectful communication, transparency, creation of technical documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset are critical to success in this role
The senior level .NET Web Developer designs, develops, and implements web-based applications using .NET framework to support business requirements
Includes the use of related development technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, .NET CORE and supported programming languages (e.g. C#, C++, bootstrap) and scripting languages (e.g. TypeScript, JavaScript)
Performs development of front-end and back-end development of web applications and web API's (webservices)
Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates documentation, and performs application coding and testing
Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Can perform with no direct supervision, code is reviewed by team
Reviews junior developer's code

Additional details: Weekend coverage is minimal, for potential projects as they arise.
