Akkodis is seeking a StreamSets Developer for a Contract with a client in Louisville, KY. You willdesign and maintain robust data pipelines using StreamSets Data Collector to ensure seamless data integration and transformation across enterprise systems.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

StreamSets Developer job responsibilities include:
- Design and develop data pipelines using StreamSets Data Collector for ingestion, transformation, and delivery across multiple sources and targets.
- Integrate pipelines with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, as well as on-prem systems.
- Implement best practices for data quality, security, and performance optimization throughout the pipeline lifecycle.
- Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing pipelines to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Automate workflows and support CI/CD processes for streamlined data pipeline deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development with StreamSets Data Collector.
- Proven ability to design and optimize data pipelines for high-volume, complex data environments.
- Strong experience integrating pipelines with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and on-prem systems.
