Job Details

We are currently seeking a Content Labeling Specialist for a long term contracting position located in Pensacola, FL. This is 100% onsite work (no remote work). Candidates must be able to pass both a criminal and credit background check.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - start date is mid-end of May

As a Content Labeler, you are responsible for reviewing large amounts of curated material (typically reading samples of text or listening to audio recordings) and categorizing it appropriately.

Responsibilities

Working independently, categorize assigned material
Participate in occasional meetings and training to receive updates, guidance and instructions to remain calibrated with other Category Entry Supports

Qualifications
Required
o Experience: No prior experience with categorization entry required
o Basic familiarity on products and services offered by banks and credit unions
o Comfortable with repetitive tasks, such as reviewing and categorizing hundreds, to thousands, of interaction transcripts snippets daily
o Comfortable using computers for routine office tasks
§ Creating, editing, and reviewing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o Comfortable communicating via various channels including: instant messaging, emails, and speaking in person as well as on calls
o Ease, and openness to, learning new tools and skills
o Detail-oriented and patient
o Proactive communicator
o Strong ability to focus for long periods of me
o Ability to follow and interpret instructions and procedures to accomplish assignments
o Ability to detect errors and initiate or arrange corrective action; follows through with cognizant parties to ensure resolution
o Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

o Previous experience with repetitive queue-based work, such as data entry roles
o Strong pattern and trend recognition skills
o Strong organization skills
o Familiarity with Contact Centers
o Experience that demonstrates knowledge, understanding, and application of operational support skills, methods, and procedures, preferably in a financial institution
