State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) - Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Technology Project Manager, Vice President to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

Salary Range:
$115,000 - $190,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.

What you will be responsible for
- Coordinating cross-project activities
- Develop and control deadlines and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks; resolve projects' higher scope issues
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
What we value

- Program/Project Management experience including agile methodologies
- Excellent Knowledge of change management principles
- Has experience and expertise in technology
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience working in an environment managing multiple, concurrent deliverables with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Results-oriented ownership mentality and attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Clarity PPM tool would be helpful
- Knowledge and familiarity with regulatory projects
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years proven related experience in technical project or program management.
