Job Title: Workato Integration Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA- Onsite
About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Workato Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations between our HR systems and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workato and a deep understanding of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows and integrations using Workato.
  • Integrate data across HRIS, ATS, and other business systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations to ensure data accuracy and performance.
  • Maintain integration documentation and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in integration engineering or automation development.
  • Proven expertise with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
  • Experience integrating HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
