Senior Manager, Endpoint Engineering (Remote U.S.)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Endpoint Engineering to lead the architecture, optimization, and security of global endpoint systems.
This role plays a key part in advancing the organization's digital transformation by using automation, analytics, and modern endpoint technologies to improve reliability, performance, and security compliance (including ISO 27001 standards).

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and works effectively across technology, security, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a global team of endpoint engineers and administrators.

  • Oversee architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux environments.

  • Implement and manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM for scalable, automated provisioning and management.

  • Standardize endpoint configurations and ensure alignment with ISO, NIST, and RMF compliance frameworks.

  • Partner with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to support modernization and cloud-first initiatives.

  • Use telemetry and analytics to proactively monitor system health and improve user experience.

  • Manage endpoint security tools such as Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, CrowdStrike, and Absolute.

  • Establish and maintain asset management, patching, and software deployment processes.

  • Support Windows 11 migrations, device deployments, and endpoint optimization projects.

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint and audit-related issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in endpoint engineering or device management, including 4+ years in a leadership role.

  • Background in professional services, consulting, or a similar global enterprise environment.

  • Strong technical expertise in:

    • Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM

    • Active Directory, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, and Entra ID

    • Software packaging and imaging tools (InstallShield, App-V, Altiris, Symantec Ghost)

  • Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and RMF.

  • Experience with endpoint protection, patching, upgrades, and device lifecycle management.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102)

  • Microsoft Intune Administrator

  • ITIL Foundation
