Software Engineering Manager

Our manufacturing client is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join their team for a full time, direct hire position. 

7+ years of experience required

Hybrid in Cranberry Twp, PA 

• Strong experience building software applications utilizing PHP MVC frameworks, ES2015 Javascript, HTML5 and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and/or MaterialUI.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server), and creating/reviewing stored procedures.
• Strong Experience building RESTful API’s.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Programming, preferably with PHP.
• Working Knowledge of API management systems or enterprise service buses.
• Experience with deploying and monitoring applications on the Apache server.
• Experience with Ubuntu’s command line interface, package management and basic systems Administration tasks relevant to deploying applications.
• Working knowledge of React patterns and practices.  
• Ability to utilize complex computer operations (intermediate/advance programming, relational databases, and operating systems) and advanced features of software packages, including Agile development life cycle and business/technical requirements analysis, data modeling and Cloud design, deployment, and support of infrastructure for ERP and Service systems.
• Handles broad-based complex information across departments with company-wide impact. Presents to diverse audiences, and can negotiate, motivate, and persuade others.
