Job Description

  • External consultants will provide hands-on support to the IMO at Customer and Recorded Future, as well as as-needed support for functional teams
  • Expertise in M&A integration is required, including experience working as part of an Integration Management Office for complex operational integrations.
  • Experience in Corporate IT/End-user Technology or corporate functional systems integration projects is a nice-to-have (e.g., Workday, Oracle, etc.)
  • Consultants will work side-by-side with Customer IMO team members as needed to:

o Provide day-to-day coordination of integration activities, including scope definition, workplan development, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment

o Coordinate and support functional integration workshops

o Facilitate leadership updates and executive reporting by preparing materials, tracking decisions, and maintaining issue/risk logs

o Identify and manage interdependencies across workstreams; escalate risks and blockers with clear mitigation plans

Background/Overview/Business Objective:

  • IMO support is needed to accelerate delivery on the operational integration of Recorded Future, a high-visibility and complex integration program
  • Teams are focusing on revising operational integration plans based on a revised integration approach confirmed by leadership on 6/2
  • Critical path plans to be finalized by end of August, including mapping of cross-functional dependencies within Customer site and engagement with Recorded Future functional teams for validation and refinement.
  • In addition to facilitating the development of our critical-path operational integration plan, consultants may be asked to provide holistic IMO support across functional and value driver workstreams

Persistent understands the requirements and objectives of the IMO and the support needed to accelerate the delivery on the operational integration of Recorded Future.

Our consultants will align:

- with operational integration plans

- work closely across functional teams to understand the cross functional dependencies and ensure validation and refinement.

- work tightly with the IMO across the various workstream

Summary of Requirements

  • Consultants will be expected to be on-site at Customer office in Purchase for 3 days/ week.
  • Preference for team members located in the NYC area
  • Provide hands-on support to the Integration Management Office (IMO) at Customer and Recorded Future.
