Requirements :
- 8 or more years in ERP or Treasury application development including requirements analysis and system design.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft configuration, customization, and functional implementation.
- Experience in functional documentation, process analysis, and systems evaluation (8+ years).
- Experience with SQL querying using tools such as Toad (5+ years).
- Experience in security configuration for enterprise applications including role and permission setup (4+ years).
- Experience with Agile practices like backlog creation using Epics, stories, and tasks (4+ years).
- Experience in leading value stream mapping workshops for identifying business capabilities (2+ years).
- Proficiency in communicating complex system concepts effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to maintain and enhance PeopleSoft-based internal and public applications.
- Analyze and align business processes with appropriate technical solutions.
- Perform system testing, create test scenarios, and document results.
- Engage stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate AS-IS vs TO-BE capability sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Document functional specifications, use cases, and support technical implementation efforts.
- Support ERP application security, system upgrades, and ensure business readiness.
- Use MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Teams for planning, documentation, and collaboration.
