Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise systems. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, ensuring data security, and driving quality assurance excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Design & Development
Design and implement comprehensive automation frameworks tailored to project needs.
Develop and maintain automation scripts, reusable components, and test plans.
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems and applications.
Establish seamless data flow between input controllers and output systems.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement improvements to automation coverage, performance, and scalability.
Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging automation tools and best practices.
Ensure automated processes align with organizational and industry security standards.
Implement safeguards for sensitive data to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and execute automated unit, integration, and system-level tests.
Define, document, and monitor QA processes to ensure consistent quality standards.
Perform manual testing when needed to support releases and resolve issues.
Investigate, document, and track defects and corrective actions.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into automation solutions.
Maintain documentation for automation systems, QA processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Mentor and train team members on automation best practices and tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8 years of experience in automation engineering, QA, or software testing.
Proven track record of building automation frameworks from scratch.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.).
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
