ServiceNow Developer

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide efficient solutions using IT Service Management best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Experience 12+ years in ServiceNow
• Having ITSM development knowledge especially in scripting
• Experience in Integrations using Web spoke, Rest, Integration Hub
• Experience in integrations like Github, Google CCAI, Tanium and many along with customizations
• Hands-on experience in Virtual Agent in creating New Topics (not OOO)
• Adequate knowledge in HRSD module and development of onboarding/offboarding and many
• Must be able to handle stakeholders under pressure
• Must have knowledge in creating knowledge articles

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 12+ Years of total experience in ServiceNow
• Expert-level proficiency in Integration Hub, creating custom Spoke actions, and consuming REST APIs
• Hands-on integration experience with Github, Google CCAI, and Tanium
• Proven ability to create New Topics and NLU models for Virtual Agent (not just configuring OOTB topics)
• Strong development background in HRSD, specifically for Enterprise Onboarding/Offboarding

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IT Service Management
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control
