What You'll Do:

As a strategic partner to the go-to-market organization, the Sales & GTM Finance Team leads revenue planning, supports key deals and partnerships, and designs compensation structures that motivate and scale the sales engine.
About the Role:

This role within the Revenue Planning Team will contribute to forecasting the entirety of CoreWeave's revenue. You'll build models that are accurate and explainable, and you'll help stakeholders throughout the business understand how their operations impact revenue. You'll work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of CoreWeave and have frequent opportunities to interact with key executive level decision makers.

In this role, you will:
  • Forecast Future Revenue: Build and manage models to predict future revenue performance and associated KPIs both near and long-term
  • Advise Sales Leadership: Effectively communicate to leadership on trends through thoughtful storytelling and building effective reporting and views
  • Improve Financial Processes: Find ways to make revenue tracking and forecasting faster and more accurate with automation and tooling
Who You Are:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, or other business major is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ year(s) of experience in FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, revenue accounting, or similar roles
  • Exceptional accounting, financial modeling and analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record of executing complicated financial analyses
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for candidates that have demonstrably interacted with management or other executive-level stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced proficiency with NetSuite
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future

Preferred:
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Salesforce
  • Prior ownership of forecast or close for income statement accounts
  • Experience with GAAP, including ASC 606

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
