Overview:
Seeking a communicative, people-oriented professional to support architectural clarity across platforms.
This role involves facilitating platform decisions, application rationalization, and documenting architectural concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate ideas into clear visuals and documentation
Lead and facilitate cross-team discussions
Support platform and application strategy decisions

Ideal Candidate:
Background in HR Tech is a Must.
Experience as a Business or Technical Analyst
Strong communication, diagramming, and documentation skills
Tech-savvy, but not deeply technical
Collaborative, curious, and eager to grow

Bonus:
Familiarity with data architecture and Microsoft Fabric
Ability to work closely with product, engineering, and tech leadership.
