Position: Mobile App Tester

Location: Madison, TN (Onsite Local Consultant)

Duration: : 3 months (through September 30).

Interviews for this role are in-person.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Mobile App Tester Consultant IoT & Cloud Migration Focus

We're seeking a QA consultant with strong mobile app testing experience, particularly in connected devices and IoT environments. This role supports a high-visibility cloud migration project and the rollout of new hardware (robot vacuums) and app UI/UX updates.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3 5 years of QA experience, including mobile app and API/web automation testing.
  • Strong understanding of network security (firewalls, VPNs, access controls).
  • Experience testing connected devices (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, IoT).
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills-able to retain information and work cross-functionally.
  • Project management capabilities to coordinate testing efforts and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Jira/Xray (or similar test management tools).
  • Just Jira is ok don't need to have Xray but only if they have other similar test management tools.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced environments with multiple overlapping projects.
  • Familiarity with AWS or cloud migration testing.
