Job Details

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale Salesforce implementations within a healthcare insurance setting. This is a high-visibility leadership role within the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), requiring hands-on experience in managing Salesforce multi-cloud projects, remote teams, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
The TPM will oversee Sales, Service, Health, Experience, and Marketing Cloud implementations, manage onshore and offshore resources, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions in a SAFe Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale Salesforce implementations involving 20+ team members across on-site, onshore, and offshore locations.
Manage Salesforce multi-cloud environments, including Sales, Service, Health, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
Drive Agile delivery by managing multiple simultaneous workstreams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee estimation, sprint planning, tracking, and reporting in Agile and SAFe environments.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones, managing dependencies and risks effectively.
Act as the day-to-day leader of the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team, including mentoring, motivation, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and technical teams to define project scope and ensure high-quality delivery.
Establish project governance frameworks and ensure strict compliance with client policies and security standards.
Lead status reporting, risk assessments, and stakeholder updates for executive visibility.
Provide leadership in managing remote, offshore, and near-shore resources efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 7+ years as a Technical Project Manager with Salesforce project leadership.
Must have led several large Salesforce implementation projects with 20+ team members.
Salesforce Multi-Cloud Expertise: Sales, Service, Health, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
Prior experience in a healthcare insurance domain is mandatory.
Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous workstreams and complex dependencies.
Agile & SAFe Expertise:
o Work estimation and velocity tracking.
o Conducting and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
o Monitoring and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Must have experience managing distributed teams (remote, onshore, offshore).
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling fast-paced, evolving delivery processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Proactive, execution-focused leaders who thrive on delivering results.
Experience managing Centers of Excellence (CoE) in enterprise environments.
Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and drive accountability within teams.
