Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Location: Denver, CO - Remote

Duration: 6 Months



Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology Services (ITS) team. The consultant will provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and desktop systems across multiple statewide locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service capabilities, and experience supporting large-scale IT environments.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in help desk or IT customer support
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and computer networking
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and analytical skills



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues for end users
  • Provide support to customers and vendors via phone, email, and onsite visits
  • Deliver LAN support and assist with statewide IT equipment (2,800+ desktops, 100+ laptops, 400+ multifunction devices and networked printers)
  • Perform desktop imaging and deployment
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify and repair system issues
  • Rebuild and configure PCs, user settings, and system profiles
  • Install and update software of moderate complexity
  • Install, modify, and maintain PC hardware and network components
  • Assist with system and network hardware/software upgrades
  • Configure and install terminal emulation software
  • Complete other related technical support duties as assigned



Technical Preferences

  • Strong imaging and deployment experience required
  • Experience with GHOST 8.0+ is mandatory
  • Familiarity with FOG (Free Open Ghost) is a plus but not required
