Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building expertise to bridge business needs and data & analytics (D&A) solutions. The ideal candidate will be creative, collaborative, and able to translate complex requirements into actionable insights and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams, translating business needs into clear D&A requirements.

Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders through active listening and collaboration.

Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather ideas, understand challenges, and drive group participation.

Inspire new D&A use cases by thinking creatively and brainstorming future solutions with colleagues.

Influence and engage stakeholders through compelling storytelling, persuasive ideas, and clear narratives.

Manage diverse stakeholder needs and expectations across multiple projects.

Deliver high-quality presentations, documentation, reports, and communications.

Research D&A tools, products, and issues to recommend improvements.

Contribute as a key project team member and occasionally lead initiatives.
