Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr Desktop Technician to join our team in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide advanced support for PCs, servers, and mobile devices while ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage technical installations, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system updates.

Responsibilities:
Provide daily administration and support for local PCs and servers, ensuring optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, offering second and third-level support.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain standard PC images, deploying updates using management tools.
Oversee mobile device management tasks, utilizing platforms such as Maas360.
Support technical needs for production line solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate on project installations and define detailed technical tasks to meet project goals.
Manage audio-visual systems, including Cisco video conferencing equipment, to support business communication needs.

Requirements

Strong expertise in PC desktop and workstation support.
Proficiency in managing Active Directory environments.
In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Experience with Windows 10 operating systems.
Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and tools.
Ability to manage mobile devices and associated platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
