Software Dev Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Software Dev Engineer 3 in Seattle, WA.

Summary:
The Health Services Marketing team is needing a Back End Java Developer to work on their internal platform called "outbound communications" and help build a new technology that will assist the marketing team on creating an analysis on different market channels. The goal is to optimize the different marketing channels used by Health to drive the most customer traffic to Health Services.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
* 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience, programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
* Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
* DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CDK, S3, EC2 and Lambda experience
* Java experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
