About the Role
Trilogy NextGen is on the hunt for a skilled and proactive Field IT Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be a vital part of Trilogy NextGen, providing dedicated on-site IT support for one of our valued customers in Osceola, AR. We're looking for a hands-on problem-solver who can navigate various industrial, office, and field environments to ensure our customer's mission-critical systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, switches, routers, APs, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues with networks, Wi-Fi, servers, and end-user systems both remotely and onsite.
- Perform cable pulls, terminations, rack/switch setup, and other physical IT infrastructure tasks.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
- Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols, backups, and compliance requirements.
- Document issues, resolutions, and maintain asset inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for escalations.
- Provide hands-on support during deployments, upgrades, and site cutovers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 4 years of IT support experience (internship, co-op, or field experience acceptable for recent grads).
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS, mobile device management, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with cabling standards, switches, and wireless troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in the field.
Preferred Skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi (Meraki, Cisco, Aruba, etc.).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Exposure to cybersecurity tools and monitoring solutions.
