Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BRIM Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Convergent Charging (CC) to design, implement, and optimize advanced rating and charging solutions for high-volume, usage-based billing environments. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the complete BRIM suite and a proven track record of delivering CC configurations in complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Convergent Charging (CC) for enterprise clients.

  • Define and build rate plans, mapping logic, chargeable item classes (CICs), and charging logic in CC.

  • Collaborate closely with functional teams across SAP CI, FICA, and SOM to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.

  • Perform system integration and testing, working with mediation and external data provisioning systems.

  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the CC solution in high-transaction environments.

  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams and junior consultants.

  • Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and documentation.

  • Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production support for CC implementations.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Charging (CC), including modeling and deployment of complex rate structures.

  • 10+ years of total experience in SAP across BRIM modules.

  • Strong knowledge of usage-based billing processes, especially in industries like telecom, utilities, or digital subscriptions.

  • Proficient in designing and implementing charge plans, mapping tables, and real-time rating scenarios.

  • Experience in SAP BRIM architecture, with working knowledge of CI (Convergent Invoicing), FICA, and SOM.

  • Experience integrating SAP CC with external mediation systems, SAP and non-SAP platforms.

  • Ability to debug, analyze logs, and troubleshoot CC performance issues.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.
