Job Details

Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP SCM Specialist (Hybrid - Raleigh, NC)
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • ERP Support: Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP (SCM), focusing on Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve system issues, verify Oracle configurations, and collaborate with Oracle Support when needed.
  • Integration Development: Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).
  • Customization & Reporting: Modify and create custom workflows, reports, and dashboards using Oracle Fusion tools, including OTBI and PL/SQL.
  • Patch Management: Analyze and test quarterly Oracle patches to ensure smooth upgrades and continued functionality.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with business users to understand system-related issues and ensure solutions align with operational needs.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting ERP systems, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion ERP SCM modules (PO, IN, MFG, CA).
  • Strong business process knowledge in Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Deep expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and OTBI report development.
  • Experience reviewing and testing quarterly Oracle patches with detailed test planning.
  • Hands-on proficiency with OIC and ATP for building integrations.
  • Oracle certification in SCM modules is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing onsite support with effective cross-team coordination.
