Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
Required Experience:
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in cross-functional or regulated environments.
Accounting or IT Systems backgrounds a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (advanced functions, pivots, index formulas), PowerPoint (executive presentations), Teams, Lists (MS Access or database management), and Power Automate.

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Contract Project Manager to coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams throughout 2026. This role will support enterprise-level initiatives with high visibility across leadership and stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of general business acumen, project management expertise, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to drive progress in a dynamic, regulatory-sensitive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with complex stakeholder networks and interdependencies.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate consultations, workshops, and stakeholder engagements across departments.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and organizational priorities.
Coordinate data collection efforts and organize inputs to support decision-making.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Lists, Power Automate) to streamline workflows and reporting.
Prepare executive presentations and newsletters.
Support change management and training efforts related to project outcomes.
Foster collaboration and clear communication across diverse teams.
