Job Details
Job Title: Product Support Analyst 3 (Power BI Platform)
Location: 100% Remote (within the United States)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage upgrades and troubleshoot issues with the Power Platform CoE toolkit.
- Enhance and streamline development using Co-Pilot Studio.
- Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful platform utilization.
- Conduct training sessions on Power Platform tools and best practices.
- Document processes to ensure clarity and consistency in workflows.
8+ years | Administering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform components |
8+ years | Troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, debugging |
5+ years | Data modeling and visualization using Power BI |
3+ years | Working with Microsoft Azure services (especially AAD) |
3+ years | Experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service (preferred) |
Proficiency | Power Platform CoE toolkit, Canvas app development, Co-Pilot Studio |
Strong | Problem-solving and documentation skills |
