Job Details

Job Title: Product Support Analyst 3 (Power BI Platform)
Location: 100% Remote (within the United States)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage upgrades and troubleshoot issues with the Power Platform CoE toolkit.
  • Enhance and streamline development using Co-Pilot Studio.
  • Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful platform utilization.
  • Conduct training sessions on Power Platform tools and best practices.
  • Document processes to ensure clarity and consistency in workflows.

Administering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform components

Troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, debugging

Data modeling and visualization using Power BI

Working with Microsoft Azure services (especially AAD)
