Description
The Digital Channel Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring seamless customer and employee experiences across all digital channels, including but not limited to websites, digital applications, mobile apps, and online banking systems. This person plays a lead role in shaping and executing digital channel strategies in collaboration with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers, and Operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The Digital Channel Specialist will work closely with product managers, product marketing, internal and external project teams, third-party vendors, bank division employees, and cross-functional departments to implement and optimize digital strategies.
This is a Corporate position which may be located in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate for this position is $39.22 + / per hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT).
All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
WA Applicants ONLY: Wenatchee, WA range $44.41 to $66.61 an hour. Spokane, WA range $43.80 to $65.71 an hour.
Description
Collaborate with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers and Operations to develop and execute digital channel strategies that align with business goals.
Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement based on monitoring and analysis of digital channel performance.
Support the technical implementation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of digital platforms, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and performance optimization.
Ensure smooth implementation of digital channel changes in coordination with Operational staff, including identifying and documenting procedural changes, and developing support and release documentation.
Lead internal and external technical teams in the effort to research, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital channels.
Conduct regular reviews of digital channels and support requests from internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to drive innovation within the bank.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on digital channel usage and best practices, proactively identifying knowledge gaps and developing targeted training to enhance user adoption and effectiveness.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must completed the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by the due date.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (IS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in business application administration, digital channel management, software product management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies, including web analytics tools, content management systems, digital marketing and web/mobile applications.
Working with digital banking products and services, such as online/mobile banking, digital account and loan origination and / or payment processing.
Knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance standards is highly preferred.
Candidates need to be located in: Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, or Nevada.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $96000.00 - $117000.00/yr.
This position is eligible for a yearly Short-Term Incentive Bonus with a target of 20% of salary (paid as cash) and a yearly Long-Term Incentive Bonus with a target of 7.5% salary (paid into 401k).

This is a hybrid position in Phoenix,AZ.
