Job Description:
Pay Range: $25hr - $30hr
  • The Financial Planning Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting advisors and consultants by handling client data entry, assisting in financial plan design, and coordinating workflow between planning teams.
  • This role ensures smooth communication between advisors and consultants while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of the financial planning process.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter client data into financial planning software including eMoney, Right Capital, and Money Guide Elite.
  • Assist team members with plan analysis, design, and development of client strategies to achieve financial goals.
  • Manage workflow between advisors, planners, and consultants to ensure timely plan delivery.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between planning teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Prepare correspondence, track financial plan progress, and follow up where needed.
  • Proactively engage with advisors to ensure efficient planning processes and follow-up on annual plan renewals.
  • Resolve Not-in-Good-Order (NIGO) issues promptly.
  • Research and recommend new workflow or software solutions to improve processes.
  • Create and organize presentation materials for team members.
  • Work closely with consultants to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Support advisors with proactive solutions that improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Embrace the organization s consultative approach to client service through continuous improvement and collaboration.
Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in eMoney (must be an active user).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technological proficiency with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools.
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services.
Qualification And Education:
  • Series 7 license required at time of application.
  • Series 63 or equivalent license required or must be obtained within 180 days of start.
