Develop, design, and analyze applications, work with cloud environments, and review requirements, security, technical solutions for delivering projects, code. Identify mitigation strategies for risks, troubleshoot, fix bugs. Migrate systems, automate workflows. Maintain documentation, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate unit testing and validation plans. Use Java, J2EE, SQL, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Agile, REST, SOAP, APIs, Apache Kafka, MQ, IntelliJ, Docker, Kubernetes, Eclipse, Postman, Insomnia, Git, BitBucket, CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS, Azure. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have at least one (1) year of experience working with cloud environments; reviewing security, code; migrating systems; automating workflows; performing unit testing; using Java, SQL, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Agile, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS, Azure.
