Role Overview:
As a services CPQ Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to meet our client's business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, optimize business processes, and ensure the successful deployment of CPQ solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and processes to understand the client's CPQ needs.
  • Design and implement CPQ solutions that align with the client's business goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements and functionalities.
  • Conduct CPQ configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate change management and user adoption by developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Perform functional testing and validation of CPQ solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend CPQ best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation in alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CPQ Functional Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of services CPQ processes and solutions.
  • Solid background in business analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working with CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
