Job Title: Oracle Cloud ORC and Talent Functional COE(Full-Time) Location: Remote (USA) - with travel to client site as needed Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management Modules. The consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support services for our clients. This is a hands-on functional role, responsible for gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients to gather business requirements related to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules (Goals, Performance, Career Development, Talent Review, Succession).
Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions based on best practices to meet client needs.
Lead fit-gap analysis sessions and provide guidance on Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
Perform unit testing, support SIT and UAT phases, and assist in data migration and validation activities.
Provide post-implementation support and end-user training.
Collaborate with technical teams for integration and report development.
Stay updated on new Oracle Cloud HCM features and releases and advise clients accordingly.
Support pre-sales efforts including scoping, solutioning, and proposal development (as required).
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Strong hands-on experience in Talent Management modules Performance, Goals, Career Development, and Talent Review.
Deep understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
Experience working with global or complex enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud HCM Certification(s) ORC and/or Talent modules.
Prior experience working with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and change impact assessments.
Exposure to adjacent modules like Core HR, Workforce Compensation, or Learn is a plus.
Work Environment:
Remote work with flexibility.
Travel: Must be open to travel to customer sites as and when project demands (minimal and pre-scheduled).
