Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid, Local to Iowa (Onsite attendance as required)
Interview: In-person
Job Description:
- Gather and document requirements for ITSM workflows, including statewide and agency-specific service requests.
- Support Change Management and Configuration Management (CMDB) process improvements.
- Define and document SLAs, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
- Identify integration requirements with other business systems.
- Conduct process mapping, business analysis, and requirements traceability.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documentation in Agile environments.
- Support QA testing by creating and executing test plans and test cases.
- Communicate requirements and changes to stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in continuous process improvement and ITSM adoption across agencies.
