Position: Frontend Engineer – AI Trainer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30–$60/hr
Location: Remote
Duration: 10–40 hrs/week, flexible and asynchronous
Requirements: (Training support will be provided)
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, and Angular
- Solid experience building complex, user-facing web applications
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component design
- Experience reviewing, documenting, and explaining frontend code
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to break down complex frontend concepts clearly and logically
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing code and outputs
- Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with AI, LLMs, or AI-powered developer tools
- Background in mentoring, teaching, or curriculum development for engineers
- Experience evaluating or annotating AI-generated code
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and performance optimization
- Exposure to design systems and accessibility best practices
Role Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality frontend coding samples and real-world scenarios for AI training
- Evaluate and annotate AI-generated frontend code for accuracy, clarity, and best practices
- Analyze AI performance on frontend engineering tasks and identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists to refine training datasets
- Maintain and update frontend best practices and coding standards used for AI training
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of frontend development
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of AI models through detailed code review and analysis
