Role: Onsite Delivery Manager Multiple Location

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Manage project scope, ensuring deliverables align seamlessly with client needs and functionalities.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the implementation process.
    • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report vital information to stakeholders.
    • Utilize and adapt project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) effectively to manage the unique complexities of Fixed Bid projects.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize project costs throughout the implementation.
    • Familiarity with change management methodologies.

 

  • Client Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders with respective customer departments.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of client expectations, needs, and pain points concerning their current operational processes.
    • Present project updates, reports, and demonstrations to clients in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

 

  • ERP Expertise:
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, functionalities, and best practices across various modules (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Finance, Warehouse Management).
    • Knowledge on custom applications that can integrate to ERP system and idea on Cloud services.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during or after implementation.
    • Stay informed about the latest ERP trends, updates, and emerging technologies.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies for efficient deployment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of implementation experience in IT industry, and 5-7 years of program management in managing manufacturing customers.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and their practical application within the ERP domain.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as necessary.
