Job Details

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze past data and current trends to spot risks and opportunities across various divisions and departments.
  • Develop preseason sales, gross margin, and inventory plans that align with product strategies.
  • Align top-down and bottom-up plans for divisions and departments.
  • Reforecast sales and manage inventory to achieve financial goals.
  • Share financial results weekly with your manager and team, and decide on in-season pricing actions.
  • Assist in monthly forecasting by reconciling receipts and creating action plans to meet financial targets.

Skills Required:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and technical skills.
  • Quick learner with strong system skills.
  • Familiar with tools such as MicroStrategy, Anaplan.
  • Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Skilled in inventory management, buying, forecasting, and receipt reconciliation.
