Opportunity Overview:
iSphere is hiring a seasoned Project Manager - IT for a long-term contract opportunity based in Houston, TX, with monthly travel to East Texas. This is a critical role for a hands-on leader who can own the full lifecycle of enterprise technology projects from planning through execution and delivery. You ll manage cross-functional teams, align technology solutions with business goals, and deliver measurable outcomes for our client s IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery

• Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies, risks, and resources

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and executive leadership

• Direct daily project activities, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and deliverables are met

• Provide regular updates including status reports, budget summaries, and risk assessments

• Facilitate change management and ensure project alignment with strategic business objectives

• Resolve project challenges through collaboration and informed decision-making

• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated success managing IT projects through all phases of the lifecycle

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and build consensus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement

• Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex project plans simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• PMP certification or similar project management credentials a plus

• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, systems, or software implementations

Additional Requirements:

• Must be based in the Houston, TX area and willing to travel overnight to East Texas once per month (expenses covered)
