Job Details

The Dynamics CRM Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related modules. This role bridges business needs with technology by providing strategic guidance, defining best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and design for Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE) implementations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions covering Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and custom modules.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics CRM and external applications using Power Platform, Azure Services, APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Define solution roadmaps, data models, and security architectures in line with Microsoft standards and organizational needs.
  • Provide technical leadership to consultants, developers, and administrators during implementation and delivery.
  • Drive best practices in solution design, customizations, and configurations (entities, workflows, business rules, plug-ins, Power Automate flows).
  • Oversee system testing, data migration, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Stay current with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform roadmap, recommending innovations to optimize customer engagement and business performance.
  • Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, and governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE including architecture and solution design.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering Dynamics CRM solutions in large/complex environments.
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and custom solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Deep understanding of CRM architecture, security model, customization, and configuration.
  • Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Factory).
  • Proficiency in data migration, ETL processes, and relational databases.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
