Minimum Qualifications
9+ years of Business Analysis experience
5+ years of experience in planning, process analysis, and problem solving
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office products (MS Project, MS Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
5+ years of experience in information technology, software, or related industries
Prior experience in public sector, government technology, or education industry/projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
Experience in Business Analytics and Financial Data Analytics
Knowledge and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Agile methodology
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college
