Job Description:

Looking for IAM Engineer to manage, implement, and maintain authentication solutions, ensuring secure and seamless access across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), identity and access management (IAM), and related security protocols, with hands-on experience in authentication mechanisms, cryptography, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Authentication & Identity Management:

Implement and manage MFA, SSO, IAM, and related security solutions.

Windows Hello for Business (WHfB), Certificate-Based Authentication (CBA), TOTP-based authentication, push notifications, and passkeys for secure access and other authentication technologies.

Maintain Radius AAA, SAML, OAuth, and integrate secure authentication protocols.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to ITIL PKI standards, cryptography best practices, FIDO protocols, and ISMS controls.

Implement and manage NPS and Network Policy Server (NPS) extensions,

Infrastructure & Automation:

Deploy and manage reverse proxies, Active Directory, and Azure DevOps environments.

Utilize PowerShell scripting and KQL for automation and monitoring.

Configure and manage Docker containers, boards, and cloud infrastructure.

Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization:

Diagnose authentication and security-related issues using Postman, Fiddler, and related debugging tools.

Optimize IAM solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and implement security enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication security, or IT operations.

Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), IAM protocols, MFA, SSO, and cryptographic standards.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, KQL, and automation tools.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Azure DevOps, reverse proxy, and Active Directory.

Familiarity with PKI, ISMS controls, ITIL processes, and FIDO authentication.

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
