Job Title: IT Desktop Support Technician
Location: El Dorado, Arkansas
Type: Contract
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 7 AM- 3 PM M-F
Responsibilities:
Desktop Support functions to include:
o Laptop/PC imaging & setup
o Deliver new laptops/PCs to users setup/transfer data & connect to M365 cloud services
o Software configuration/installations
o Work Incident/Request tickets using Service Now platform
o Printer troubleshooting
o Windows 11 support with M365 application suite
o Basic wi-fi/network troubleshooting skills
o Stockroom inventory of hardware assets & managing those assets
o Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a best-in-class user experience
o Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment is a plus
o Fast-paced so must be able to manage time well and stay organized
o Great communication skills and have the ability to respond/deliver on new dynamic tasks (priorities can change quickly)
must have own transportation and must have current/valid driver's license
