About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Digital Products across web, mobile, and backend platforms. In this role, you will define the product strategy, drive the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You will leverage data-driven insights, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business objectives and market needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine product direction.

Product Development & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Prioritize and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead Agile development practices, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive execution.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (executives, engineering, UX, marketing) to align on product goals.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights, validate features, and enhance the user experience.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks in product development.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies between teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared ownership.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency in product delivery.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Identify key success metrics and continuously optimize the product for growth and engagement.
  • Drive experimentation to validate hypotheses and deliver value to users.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience with hospitality/gaming industry is preferrable
  • Strong expertise in web, mobile, and backend technologies with a deep understanding of software development processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, using metrics and analytics to drive product improvements.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business objectives.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
