Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to uncover financial behaviors, unmet needs, and pain points across key life stages.
  • Develop and maintain a robust Financial Life Cycle Framework to guide personalized product development.
  • Create and optimize customer journey maps to visualize end-to-end user experiences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, UX Designers, Marketing, and Data Teams to ensure alignment between product features and customer goals.
  • Monitor KPIs related to engagement, retention, and financial outcomes to track product performance.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking of financial planning tools and services.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations through effective data storytelling and visualization tools.

Change Manager

Level: D1 / D2
Location: Alpharetta, GA / NY (4 days/week onsite)

Must Have: Commercial Insurance Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-level change management efforts for new product initiatives to ensure smooth adoption across business units.
  • Design and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks tailored for agile environments.
  • Serve as an Agile Coach, supporting teams in implementing agile principles and enhancing delivery capabilities.
  • Conduct impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and resistance management planning.
  • Facilitate change enablement through workshops, retrospectives, and training sessions to improve agile maturity.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Leadership to align transformation efforts with organizational goals.

Creative Product Designer

Level: C2
Location: NC, NJ, NY, or Alpharetta

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and Marketing to conceptualize innovative product experiences.
  • Translate ideas into compelling visual narratives-including mood boards, storyboards, concept sketches, and presentations.
  • Contribute to the visual identity and branding for new products, ensuring brand consistency and creative impact.
  • Design packaging, in-app visuals, and marketing collateral for product launches and campaigns.
  • Participate in design sprints, brainstorming sessions, and user research to shape creative direction.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, materials, and technology to inspire innovation.
  • Effectively visualize and communicate product concepts to stakeholders and partners.
