As a DevOps Engineer, this position is a combination of day-to-day support operations duties and longer-term project work to improve the platform. Responsibilities Examples of duties include developing and improving CI/CD pipelines, deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code, enforcing good security policy and remediating vulnerabilities, enabling software development teams to work more efficiently, and supporting day to day operations. We will be designing and building automation solutions with cloud technologies. The ideal candidates are team players with a strong desire to troubleshoot issues with a customer focus.



Experience Required:

3+ years of experience in the following:Experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Python, Kotlin, JavaScript, or C# Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWSExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TektonExperience with Linux system administration including Bash.Experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShiftExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or PuppetExperience with Version Control Systems such as Git, CVS, or SVN



Skills Preferred:2+ years Infrastructure experience (Google Cloud Platform preferred) in one or more areas of public cloud or on-premises computing: Database, Storage, Network, Cloud-based development.Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDogExperience with project tracking tools such as Jira or RallyEndless desire to learn and motivated to challenge the status quo.Innovative thought leader with strong analytical and problem resolution skillsAbility to solve complex problems across multiple cloud services and applications.Strong advocate for DevOps mindset and culture, collaboration, flexibility, and cross domain knowledgeExperience with agile software development (i.e. Scrum or Kanban)Collaborate with other developers and service teams to determine/implement the best solution.Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple concurrent projects/tasks.Works as a team playerAbility to lead and teach others.Strong oral and written communication skills
