Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of ambient listening solutions within EMR systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of ambient listening tools, such as DAX and Suki, currently in use by Ascension.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new ambient listening technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and ambient listening solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong background in AI implementation, with a focus on ambient listening technologies.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Cerner and Epic.
- Experience with Cerner ambulatory and acute care systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ambient listening tools such as Cerners upcoming CAA, DAX, and Suki.
- Understanding of the integration and deployment of AI solutions within healthcare settings.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language for training and support purposes.
