Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation of advanced AI solutions, specifically focusing on ambient listening technologies within electronic medical records (EMR) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI implementation, particularly in ambient listening.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of ambient listening solutions within EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
  • Oversee the deployment and optimization of ambient listening tools, such as DAX and Suki, currently in use by Ascension.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new ambient listening technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and ambient listening solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong background in AI implementation, with a focus on ambient listening technologies.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Cerner and Epic.
  • Experience with Cerner ambulatory and acute care systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of ambient listening tools such as Cerners upcoming CAA, DAX, and Suki.
  • Understanding of the integration and deployment of AI solutions within healthcare settings.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language for training and support purposes.
