- Contract Duration: 12-months
- Worksite Location: remote
- Compensation: $70 - $80 p/h
- Design, build, and optimize high-performance, data-centric solutions using big data and cloud technologies
- Develop data pipelines to move and refine data assets for analytics and business needs
- Contribute to the design of scalable big data and advanced analytics solutions
- Architect and implement SAP BTP Datasphere solutions for platforms such as CFIN and Minerva
- Schedule, manage, and monitor data replication and integration tasks across systems
- Load data from multiple sources using replication flows and other techniques
- Provide technical support during testing and handle post-deployment incidents
- Solve moderately complex technical issues independently and escalate complex issues when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you ll bring to the Data Engineer role:
Required:- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in data engineering or related IT roles
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Solid analytical, strategic-thinking, and technical problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of ABAP and CDS Views
- 6+ years of IT or business/industry experience in application development and support
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with API development
- Familiarity with integrating and working across diverse data sources
