Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Global Mobility: Support the design and execution of global mobility strategies and programs across the firm's international network.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to collaborate with Member Firm People Teams, ensuring alignment on global priorities and local implementation.
- Data & Automation: Create automation processes for GPS/MPS reporting. Analyze global mobility data to propose innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Talent Development: Partner with project teams to strategize effective methods to locate, assess, and train employees, ensuring the workforce remains aligned with market developments.
- Employee Experience: Work with local teams to implement changes that enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- Industry Expertise: 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably within a professional services or Big 4 environment.
- Global Mobility: Proven record of success in global mobility, international HR, or talent management within a multinational organization.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to analyze complex data sets and utilize automation tools for reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Project Management: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple, fluid priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Cultural Intelligence: Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively across global and multicultural teams.
- Communication: Advanced team building and presentation capabilities with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 4+ years as an HR Generalist or in Talent Management/Organizational Development.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Advancement: A career history demonstrating steady progression and increased responsibilities.
