Position Overview

Join a prestigious Big 4 Consulting Firm within the Internal Firm Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the firm by optimizing the skills and talents of our global workforce. As a key member of the People Team, you will be instrumental in executing the firm's people strategy, crafting a distinctive employee experience, and upholding firm-wide values.

You will focus on human capital strategies to align with organizational goals by leading assignments in talent management, deployment, and global mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Global Mobility: Support the design and execution of global mobility strategies and programs across the firm's international network.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to collaborate with Member Firm People Teams, ensuring alignment on global priorities and local implementation.
  • Data & Automation: Create automation processes for GPS/MPS reporting. Analyze global mobility data to propose innovative solutions and process improvements.
  • Talent Development: Partner with project teams to strategize effective methods to locate, assess, and train employees, ensuring the workforce remains aligned with market developments.
  • Employee Experience: Work with local teams to implement changes that enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Industry Expertise: 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably within a professional services or Big 4 environment.
  • Global Mobility: Proven record of success in global mobility, international HR, or talent management within a multinational organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to analyze complex data sets and utilize automation tools for reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple, fluid priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Intelligence: Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively across global and multicultural teams.
  • Communication: Advanced team building and presentation capabilities with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Experience: 4+ years as an HR Generalist or in Talent Management/Organizational Development.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Advancement: A career history demonstrating steady progression and increased responsibilities.
